Did you receive, win or get a voucher from us as a gift? This page tells you how long it is valid, what you can use it for and which terms apply.

Promotions & validity

If your voucher shows an expiry date, that date applies. For vouchers from the promotions below that do not show a date, the period stated here applies.

How to redeem your voucher

  1. Discuss your job Bring your device to our shop or book an appointment.
  2. Present your voucher Present the original voucher when placing the order, before it expires.
  3. Amount is deducted The voucher value is deducted from the invoice for your repair or service work.

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all vouchers issued by CompuSystems GmbH, Königsteiner Straße 45, 65812 Bad Soden am Taunus, Germany, whether we hand them out ourselves (e.g. as a promotional gift) or they are distributed by partners (e.g. as a prize in an advent calendar or a prize draw). We do not sell vouchers.

2. Eligible services

Vouchers can only be redeemed for repair and service work. They cannot be redeemed for the purchase of goods (e.g. hardware, software, accessories, spare parts without a repair order).

3. Validity

  • The expiry date printed on the voucher applies.
  • If no date is printed on the voucher, the period stated above for the respective promotion applies.
  • The date the order is placed is decisive: if the voucher is presented on or before the expiry date, it will be credited even if the work is carried out afterwards.
  • After expiry, the voucher becomes invalid without replacement.

4. Redemption

  • The original voucher must be presented when placing the order. If redeemed in full, it will be retained by us.
  • One voucher can be redeemed per order. Each customer can redeem one voucher per promotion.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
  • Vouchers cannot be credited retrospectively to orders already placed or paid.

5. Remaining balance and cash payment

  • If the invoice amount is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays valid until the expiry date. The voucher is returned to you with the remaining balance noted on it.
  • If the invoice amount is higher, the difference is paid as usual.
  • Vouchers and remaining balances cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Transferability

Vouchers are transferable and may be passed on as a gift. Reselling vouchers is not permitted.

7. Loss and misuse

Lost, stolen, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be replaced. Counterfeit, copied or altered vouchers are invalid.

8. Vouchers from partners

If a voucher is distributed by a partner (e.g. in an advent calendar or a prize draw), the partner alone is the organiser of that promotion. The partner’s terms apply to the purchase of the calendar or participation. Only these voucher terms apply to redeeming the voucher with us.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms for future promotions. Vouchers already issued are governed by the version published on this page at the time of issue or purchase (e.g. of the advent calendar). Each promotion states which version applies.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected. Should any of these provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
